• Shipping carrier: Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS. Orders addressed to PO boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery).
• Return policy: Academy Bandages must authorize all returns. Compression garments cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
• All products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, to exclude shipping charges.
• Order discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns after 30 days of receipt cannot be accepted.

In-stock orders received before 4pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day. In-stock orders received after 4pm EST will ship the next business day.
